6. Fees and Charges

We offer flexible payment options based on the client's needs and the complexity of their funding arrangement. Our payment structures may include:

No upfront fees: Instead, a fully refundable deposit is required to cover the time and underwriting process necessary to secure funding. If we do not successfully deliver funding, this deposit will be refunded in full.

Higher upfront fee, lower or no percentage on secured funding: Clients may choose to pay a higher upfront fee in exchange for a reduced percentage of the secured funding.

Custom fee structures: Specific fee arrangements may be determined on a case-by-case basis during a Zoom consultation, after assessing the client’s unique situation.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if:

You provide false or misleading information during the application process.You violate any laws or engage in fraudulent activity.You misuse or abuse the services in any way.

In such cases, we may terminate services immediately. Otherwise, we will provide at least 5 days' notice before termination.

We are not responsible for the success or failure of your business or the financial consequences of using our Services.

However, we stand by our commitment to deliver results. If for any reason we fail to secure funding as promised, any upfront fees or deposits paid to us will be refunded according to the terms of the guarantee in our agreement.

We do not guarantee the availability of funding or the specific terms of any funding arrangement.

We are not responsible for the success or failure of your business or the financial consequences of using our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.

11. Changes to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. If material changes occur, we will notify users at least 10 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
